In your Amazon Seller Central shipping plan, be sure to log the quantity of each item you’re sending. IF YOU ARE HAVING US PREP YOUR ITEMS FOR YOU, do not proceed beyond that step in the shipment creation process. Note: Canada Prep will progress the shipping plan onwards to print your product (FNSKU) labels and have Amazon Seller Central decide the fulfillment center destinations, etc. This allows for easy adjustments to your Shipping Plan (if needed) after the prep team has reconciled the products we received versus what you have specified in your shipping plan.

IF YOU ARE PREPPING YOUR ITEMS YOURSELF, then we will be handling this as a Freight Forwarding service. Therefore, we ask that, in Amazon Seller Central, you approve the fulfillment center destination assigned to your shipment. Next, click ‘Work on Shipment’. Be sure that the Shipping Method is set to Small parcel delivery (SPD) and Shipping Carrier is set to Amazon-Partnered Carrier (UPS) and that you specify ‘How Will this Shipment be Packed?’ and enter your box content information (and product expiration dates, if applicable). Finally, click ‘Save for Later’. We will enter the box weights and dimensions in kilograms and centimetres once we’ve received your shipment at our warehouse. Finally, we’ll generate UPS shipping box labels for the shipment from our warehouse to the Amazon Canada fulfillment center and complete the shipment on your behalf.

If you need to learn how to create a Shipping Plan in Amazon Seller Central, here’s the Amazon Seller University tutorial series for that: https://canadaprepandfulfillment.com/creating-fba-shipments/

3. Log into your account on www.canadaprepandfulfillment.com and complete the Initiate Shipment steps. This will provide all the details needed to import your shipment into Canada. If applicable, specify the products and quantities that you wish to remain in storage in our facility.

4. FOR SHIPMENTS COMING FROM YOUR U.S. ADDRESS to be imported into Canada from the United States, we use our freight broker accounts to arrange freight for your shipment to our U.S. pickup address in the United States and then we handle the cross-border shipment and customs clearance.

We will send you domestic United States UPS or FedEx labels (whichever carrier you prefer) via email to affix to your boxes. And, then you can arrange the pickup or you can drop off the boxes to a UPS/FedEx location in your area. Your packages will be delivered to our U.S. pickup address and we will handle the pickup, customs clearance, transport to our warehouse and then prepping, packing and shipping [or just freight forwarding] to Amazon Canada.

We require you to provide us with your credit card information for the U.S. domestic freight shipment charges. (Our freight brokers require upfront payment of the shipping charges).

The charges for pickup, transport, Canada Customs duties and taxes and prep (or freight forwarding) services will be invoiced by us upon completion of your shipment to Amazon Canada.

FOR SHIPMENTS COMING TO US FROM YOUR U.S.-BASED SUPPLIERS or FROM AMAZON USA to our U.S. pickup address, please set your supplier order’s Ship To address as:

For the Toronto location:

Pauline Prince – Your Last Name

793 Center St #379

Lewiston, NY 14092

United States

For the Vancouver location:

Your Name/Company Name

c/o Brandon Banks

726 Cherry Street

Sumas, WA 98295-9649

United States

If this shipment is an order you placed with your U.S.-based supplier, once your entire shipment has been received at the Canada Prep and Fulfillment warehouse, we will reconcile the box contents against your Amazon Seller Central Shipping Plan or FBA Shipment ID record to ensure we received all the items you intended to send. We will notify you of the outcome of the reconciliation.

If this shipment is an Amazon.com removal order, once your entire removal order has been received at the Canada Prep and Fulfillment warehouse, we will inspect each item and notify you via email of our product Condition findings.

5. Grant us User Permissions to your Seller Central shipping functions. Our access would be limited to only those functions allowing us to complete your shipments for you (so we wouldn’t have to exchange the product labels, Amazon fulfillment center info, weight and dimensions or shipping labels via email).

Send a User Permission invitation to canada@canadaprepandfulfillment.com.

We will then accept your invitation. And, as the final step, we’ll ask you to grant us “View & Edit” permissions to the functions listed under the “Inventory” section of the User Permissions page.

If needed, here’s the Amazon Seller University tutorial on assigning user permissions: https://youtu.be/r5jZ1rOfw34.

6. Our team will prep your items (or freight forward your boxes). Your Amazon FBA shipment will be picked up from the Canada Prep warehouse by the Amazon-Partnered Carrier (UPS) and delivered to the designated Amazon Fulfillment Center(s).
